COVID-19
Many of our policies are subject to change at the discretion of BCA administration and in conjunction with updates and guidelines from OHA (Oregon Health Authority) and ODE (Oregon Department of Education).
Closures
In the event of snow or other inclement weather, BCA has chosen to follow the lead of local school districts to determine campus closure. If Lowell School District closes due to inclement weather, BCA Lowell will follow suit. The BCA Bend campus closures will mirror the Bend-LaPine School District.
School Closings:
Please check out www.kval.com to see if there is a closing. The administrator will also let you know if the school is closed via email.
Delays
Due to the late start times of Bridge Charter Academy, BCA will NOT follow Lowell/ Bend-LaPine delayed start times due to inclement weather. In these situations, cohorts will run as normal. In these cases, please use discretion when deciding whether it is safe to travel to campus.
